sometimes a composition needs time to fully unfold. I felt the edges were too bare, so I added stitched blocks in rust and green tones to balance the centre and give it a more defined frame. The ceramic piece now sits like a crown at the top, grounding the whole composition. It’s all about rhythm, texture, and holding space. Every stitch is part of the process, part of the story.
